The Draper Expert PJ50 is a heavy-duty pneumatic trolley jack designed for professional vehicle workshops and commercial garages handling heavy-duty lifting applications. With a 50 tonne lifting capacity, this twin stage pneumatic jack provides the power needed for buses, HGVs, agricultural machinery and other large commercial vehicles. Engineered for professional use, the PJ50 features a 3-stage adjustable ergonomic handle with integrated 'Slow Down' valve and 'Self Return' switch, delivering enhanced operator control and safety during lifting operations. The twin rubber-coated wheels ensure smooth, quiet movement across workshop floors whilst preventing surface damage and improving manoeuvrability when positioning under vehicles. Built to withstand demanding workshop environments, this pneumatic jack is fitted with industrial quality seals for extended service life and incorporates a safety overload valve for operator protection. The unit operates at 9-12 BAR (130-174 psi) with an air consumption of 11.5cfm, connecting via a standard 1/4" BSP airline connector. Supplied with 45mm and 75mm height lift extensions for versatile lifting configurations, the jack is manufactured, tested and certified to the current EN1494 standard.
