The Draper Expert PJ40SC is a twin stage pneumatic jack engineered for heavy-duty vehicle lifting in professional workshops and industrial environments. With an impressive 40 tonne lifting capacity, this air-powered jack combines portability with substantial lifting power, making it ideal for commercial vehicle maintenance, agricultural machinery servicing, and plant equipment repairs. Designed with operator safety and convenience in mind, the PJ40SC features a three-stage adjustable ergonomic handle fitted with a 'Slow Down' valve for controlled lowering and a 'Self-Return' switch that automatically returns the jack to its starting position. Industrial quality seals extend the operational lifespan whilst a safety overload valve prevents accidental overloading. The twin rubber-coated polypropylene wheels ensure smooth, quiet operation whilst protecting workshop floors from damage and enhancing manoeuvrability across different surfaces. The jack operates at 9-12 BAR (130-174 psi) with an air consumption of 11.5 cfm, connecting via a standard 1/4" BSP airline fitting. Supplied complete with 45mm and 75mm height lift extensions, the unit offers flexible lifting heights from a minimum of 150mm up to a maximum of 409mm.
