The Draper Expert PJ30P is a professional-grade pneumatic trolley jack designed for heavy-duty commercial vehicle and plant machinery lifting applications. With an impressive 30 tonne capacity, this twin-stage air-operated jack combines powerful lifting capability with enhanced safety features, making it ideal for workshops, garages, and mobile service operations working with HGVs, agricultural equipment, and industrial machinery. Built to EN1494 standards, this pneumatic jack features an ergonomic 1200mm handle fitted with both a 'Slow Down' valve for controlled lowering and a 'Self Return' switch that enhances operator safety during use. The industrial-quality seals extend operational life, whilst the safety overload valve prevents dangerous overloading. Twin rubber-coated wheels deliver smooth, quiet operation whilst protecting garage floors and improving manoeuvrability when positioning the jack. The compact design offers a minimum height of 150mm, making it suitable for accessing low-clearance vehicles, with a maximum lifting height of 409mm when using the supplied 45mm and 75mm extensions. Operating at 9-12 BAR (130-174 psi) with a 1/4" BSP airline connector, it requires 10.5cfm air consumption for efficient performance.
