The Sealey START560 is a heavy-duty vehicle battery starter and charger designed for professional garages, workshops and bodyshops. This robust unit delivers impressive power with a maximum starting output of 560A (360A EN) and charging capacity of 95A (65A EN), making it suitable for a wide range of applications from standard cars through to light commercial vehicles. Built to handle battery banks from 50Ah to 1000Ah capacity, this dual-voltage unit operates on both 12V and 24V systems. The integrated fast-charge timer device enables rapid battery recovery whilst reducing the risk of battery damage through overcharging or boiling. The switchable charge circuitry offers six charging rates, providing precise control over the charging process to suit different battery types and conditions. Designed with workshop mobility in mind, the START560 features large wheels for easy positioning around the garage floor. The analogue ammeter provides clear visual feedback of charge and start current, whilst polarity protection via dual 110A fuses safeguards against incorrect connection. The 2.1m cable and clamp length offers good reach to vehicle batteries without repositioning the unit.
