The Sealey SDL15 is a professional plastic welding repair kit designed for fixing cracked and damaged plastic components across automotive, workshop and general repair applications. This comprehensive system combines a lightweight heat gun with a pistol grip design and a versatile selection of metal staples, enabling tradespeople to carry out permanent repairs to plastic bumpers, trim and other thermoplastic parts. The heat gun features three selectable temperature modes (high, medium and low) to accommodate different plastic types and repair requirements, whilst built-in overheating and overload protection ensures safe operation. A high brightness LED light illuminates the work area for precision work, and the ergonomic pistol grip design provides excellent control and accuracy during the welding process. This complete kit includes 300 metal staples in six different profiles and sizes: 0.6mm and 0.8mm versions of outside corner, inside corner, flat and wave staples, each supplied in packs of 50. The variety of staple shapes allows you to match the repair method to the crack configuration, ensuring strong, lasting repairs. A soldering iron tip is also included for alternative repair techniques. Ideal for vehicle body repair workshops, mobile repair technicians and general maintenance operations, the SDL15 offers a cost-effective alternative to component replacement.
