The 200mm Draper XP1000 VDE Tethered High Leverage Combination Pliers offer extended reach and leverage for demanding electrical applications. This larger size is ideal for working in deeper enclosures and provides enhanced mechanical advantage when cutting or gripping heavier gauge cables. Manufactured from premium German-forged steel, these pliers feature induction-hardened jaws for superior gripping and cutting performance. The off-centred precision-machined pivot pins enable smooth one-handed operation with minimum play, whilst increasing grip pressure when needed. Two-part bi-material ergonomic soft grip handles with horns ensure maximum comfort and prevent slipping onto live conductors. Tested to 10,000V and certified for live circuits up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC, these pliers incorporate a tethered fixing solution to comply with Work at Height Regulations (compatible accessories sold separately). Maximum cutting capacity: 2.5mm.
