Draper XP1000 VDE Insulated Tethered Long Nose Pliers 200mm
The 200mm Draper XP1000 VDE Insulated Tethered Long Nose Pliers provide extended reach for deeper access into electrical enclosures and equipment. This longer length offers increased leverage and versatility, making it perfect for general electrical installation and maintenance work where additional reach is required. Manufactured from premium special steel forged in Germany, these pliers feature induction-hardened jaws delivering better gripping performance and effortless clean cutting edges. The internal knurled long nose head facilitates wire pulling in confined spaces, whilst precision-machined pivot pins ensure smooth one-handed operation with minimum play. Tested to 10,000V and certified for live circuits up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC. The two-part bi-material ergonomic soft grip handle maximises grip and user comfort, with horns preventing slipping onto live conductors. The tethered fixing solution complies with Work at Height Regulations (lanyard Stock No. 82474 and wrist strap Stock No. 03740 sold separately). Maximum cutting capacity: 1.6mm.
