This compact 6" (150mm) Bahco ERGO™ Handled Flat File with Second (Medium) cut combines the manoeuvrability of a shorter file with the superior finish of a medium cut grade. The 150mm length provides excellent control in confined spaces and on smaller workpieces, whilst the second cut delivers a smoother surface finish than coarse variants, making it ideal for precision filing work. This file is particularly effective for fine deburring operations, smoothing sharp corners and edges, and preparing smaller components for final finishing. The medium cut grade removes material at a controlled rate whilst leaving a better surface finish, reducing subsequent finishing operations. The parallel edges and surfaces ensure accuracy, with double cut surfaces, one uncut edge, and one single cut edge for versatile filing applications.
