Sealey HVLP742 Gravity Feed Air Spray Gun
The Sealey HVLP742 is a gravity feed air spray gun designed for applying high viscosity paints including primers and undercoats. Fitted with a standard 2mm set-up and 600ml gravity feed pot, this HVLP spray gun delivers professional finishing results for automotive refinishing and general coating applications. The aluminium air cap combined with a stainless steel needle and nozzle construction makes this spray gun fully compatible with modern water-based paints as well as traditional solvent-based coatings. Round to flat fan control allows operators to adjust the spray pattern to suit different surfaces and coverage requirements, from narrow focused patterns to wide fan sprays. Operating at 43psi with 15cfm air consumption, the HVLP742 provides efficient paint atomisation whilst maintaining the low overspray characteristics of high volume, low pressure technology. Alternative nozzle set-ups are available separately, with 1.4mm (Model No. HVLP742.33) for finer finish coats and 1.7mm (Model No. HVLP742.34) for medium viscosity materials, allowing this spray gun to be configured for various coating tasks.
