The ABUS 64TI/40HB63 is a 40mm TITALIUM™ padlock with an extra long 63mm shackle, ideal for securing valuables and goods of medium value or at an average risk of theft where maximum shackle clearance is essential. This extra long shackle makes it particularly suitable for securing chains, thick gates, industrial equipment and applications requiring significant reach. The 40mm body features TITALIUM™ special aluminium alloy construction, providing approximately 30% weight reduction compared to brass padlocks with equivalent security. The hardened steel shackle with NANO PROTECT™ coating delivers superior security and high corrosion resistance. The paracentric keyway and chrome plated cylinder core ensure excellent pick resistance. This model is supplied carded for convenient storage.
