The thru tang construction with friction welded bolster delivers exceptional strength that's 50% greater than previous models on side impact tests. The ergonomic soft grip handle ensures maximum comfort and control, making this 15mm chisel ideal for lock fitting, medium to large mortises, and general purpose work. Manufactured from ball bearing grade steel EN31, the blade is fully ground and finished to deliver ultimate sharpness and superior edge retention. The steel striking cap can be struck with a steel hammer for increased cutting force, and the body resists most solvents for durability in workshop environments.
