The crane features adjustable legs that fold away for compact storage and transportation, whilst extending parallel to accommodate obstructions such as pallets and workshop equipment. The jib extends and locks in five positions between 960mm and 1350mm, offering lifting capacities from 1000kg at the shortest position down to 600kg at full extension, with maximum lift heights ranging from 2080mm to 2300mm. This graduated capacity system ensures safe operation across different reach requirements. Safety and control are prioritised throughout the design. A hand-operated dead man's control prevents accidental lowering, whilst manually controlled descent speed allows precise positioning of heavy loads. The hydraulic unit and handle rotate through 200°, facilitating operation in confined workshop spaces where manoeuvrability is restricted.
