The Sealey VS1900 is a 14-piece injector bore cleaning brush set designed specifically for cleaning and decarbonising hard-to-reach areas during injector servicing. This comprehensive kit is ideal for automotive technicians and mechanics who need to prepare injector apertures before refitting, ensuring optimal sealing and performance. The set includes both brass and steel wire brushes in multiple sizes to suit different applications. Brass brushes in 18mm, 20mm, and 25mm diameters with 1/4" hex drives are perfect for softer cleaning tasks, whilst steel wire brushes are supplied for more stubborn carbon deposits. Additional 16mm and 19mm hex end brushes provide versatility for various bore sizes. A 200mm extension bit driver with quick chuck is included to reach deep or awkwardly positioned injector ports, making it easier to work in space-restricted engine bays. The kit also features six blanking plugs to protect cleaned apertures from contamination during the rest of the servicing process, and everything is organised in a practical storage case for workshop use.
