The Sealey VMD002 is a heavy-duty 4 post vehicle moving dolly designed for manoeuvring partly dismantled or damaged vehicles around workshops and bodyshops. Built with a robust steel frame and 900kg capacity, this professional-grade dolly provides a secure and mobile platform for vehicles that cannot move under their own power. The adjustable frame design allows you to configure both the length and width to accommodate different vehicle sizes and configurations, extending from 1150mm to 1750mm in length and 680mm to 1280mm in width. This versatility makes it ideal for supporting a wide range of vehicles, from compact cars to larger commercial vehicles, as well as electric vehicle battery units during service and repair operations. Three types of height-adjustable and interchangeable supports are included—rubber support pads, shallow crutches, and deep crutches—giving you flexible mounting options for different chassis configurations and vehicle conditions. The height adjusts between 400mm and 520mm to suit your specific requirements. Four 200mm diameter nylon locking castors provide smooth, controlled movement across workshop floors whilst the locking mechanism ensures the dolly remains stable when stationary.
