Sealey TIO760 3 in 1 Sheet Metal Machine
The Sealey TIO760 is a versatile 3-in-1 sheet metal machine designed for fabrication workshops and engineering applications requiring shearing, bending and rolling capabilities in a single unit. This 30-inch capacity machine handles a variety of metals including mild steel up to 1mm (20 gauge), plus aluminium and copper up to 1.2mm (18 gauge), making it ideal for general metalworking projects. The machine combines three essential metalworking functions in one compact footprint. The shearing function handles sheets up to 760mm wide, whilst the bending (brake) section creates precise angles up to 90° and produces pans with a maximum lip of 1 inch. The rolling section features grooved rollers with diameters of 4mm, 5mm and 6mm specifically designed for bending rods and forming curves, cylinders or cones by adjusting the distance and angle of the rollers.
