Sealey Safety Guard for PPF100S Hydraulic Press
The Sealey Safety Guard for PPF100S Hydraulic Press is a protective accessory designed to enhance workshop safety during press operations. This adjustable guard system protects operators and nearby personnel from potential injuries caused by workpieces becoming dislodged under hydraulic load. Constructed with a lightweight steel frame and a robust 6mm polycarbonate screen, this safety guard offers excellent visibility whilst providing essential protection. The guard bolts securely onto either side of the press table and features six height increments, allowing workpieces to be positioned on the table without obstruction. Once the workpiece is in place, one-way spring loaded locking clips enable the guard to be pulled up quickly and snap into position, ensuring full protection during pressing operations. Designed specifically for use with the PPF100S hydraulic press, this safety guard is an essential addition for workshops prioritising operator safety and HSE compliance. The adjustable height mechanism makes it suitable for pressing tasks involving components of varying sizes, from bearing installation to shaft straightening work.
