The Sealey START800 is a professional-grade battery starter/charger designed for demanding garage, workshop and bodyshop environments. Built to handle everything from cars through to light commercial vehicles, this heavy-duty unit delivers exceptional starting and charging performance with 800A maximum start output (640A EN) and 110A maximum charge (75A EN). Engineered for professional use, this dual-voltage unit operates on both 12V and 24V systems, accommodating battery capacities from 20-1200Ah. The switchable charge circuitry provides eight charging rates for precise charge control, whilst the integrated fast-charge timer device enables rapid battery recovery with significantly reduced risk of overcharging or boiling the battery. An analogue ammeter provides clear visual feedback of charging and starting current. The robust construction reflects the unit's professional specification, with large wheels fitted as standard to ensure easy mobility around busy workshop environments. Polarity protection via three 110A fuses provides essential safeguarding against incorrect connections.
