Sealey SM2503A Mini Metalworking Lathe
The Sealey SM2503A is a bench-mounting mini metalworking lathe designed for precision work in compact workshop spaces. This portable miniature lathe combines cast iron and steel construction with a 150W high torque motor, delivering professional capabilities in a space-saving footprint. With a 150mm swing over bed and 250mm distance between centres, it handles a wide range of small-scale metalworking tasks whilst remaining light enough to move when needed. Variable speed control from 100-2000rpm enables precise adjustment for different materials and operations, whilst the manual or powered lead screw feed offers flexibility for turning and threading work. The lathe cuts five metric thread pitches ranging from 0.5-1.25mm and features MT2 spindle hole taper with MT1 tailstock taper for secure tooling compatibility. Supplied complete with an 80mm 3-jaw self-centring chuck, tailstock centre and service tools, the SM2503A is ready to use straight from the box. Built-in overload protection safeguards the motor during demanding operations.
