The Sealey SG19 is a professional underseal air gun designed for applying wax-based rust inhibitors and protective coatings to vehicle bodies and panels. This versatile spray gun comes complete with an air canister and a 910mm flexible extension probe, making it ideal for accessing hard-to-reach cavities and internal body sections where corrosion protection is critical. Suitable for use with most brands of wax rust inhibitor, the SG19 provides flexible application options for both surface and cavity work. The included nozzle enables efficient surface application for exposed areas, whilst the long flexible probe allows you to treat enclosed spaces such as sills, chassis sections, and door cavities. This dual capability makes it particularly valuable for vehicle restoration, rust prevention treatments, and routine undersealing maintenance. Operating at 87-145psi (6-10bar), the gun features a standard 1/4"BSP air inlet for compatibility with workshop air compressor systems. The lightweight 0.53kg construction reduces operator fatigue during extended use, whilst the varying air consumption rates—13.4cfm without the extension probe and 6.4cfm with it fitted—allow you to optimise performance based on your specific application requirements.
