Sealey SA35 Air Belt Sander
The Sealey SA35 is a compact air belt sander designed for precision finishing work in tight or otherwise inaccessible areas. Featuring a lightweight aluminium housing and an articulated sanding arm, this pneumatic tool delivers high-speed sanding performance where standard sanders cannot reach, making it ideal for panel work around door shuts and intricate bodywork repairs. The tool incorporates belt tracking control for consistent performance and a heavy-duty nose roller that ensures smooth operation across various surfaces. One-handed trigger operation provides excellent control and manoeuvrability, whilst the compact 10 x 330mm belt size allows access to confined spaces without compromising on sanding efficiency. Operating at 90psi with an air consumption of 7cfm, the SA35 delivers a free speed of 19,750rpm through a standard 1/4" BSP inlet connection. At just 0.8kg, this sander minimises operator fatigue during extended use, whilst maintaining low vibration levels of 0.52m/s² for improved comfort and precision. The tool is supplied with three sanding belts, with replacement belts readily available.
