The Sealey SA316 is a heavy-duty air-powered vacuum riveter designed for professional fastening applications across aluminium, steel, stainless steel and structural blind rivets up to 1/4". This extra-heavy-duty tool combines pneumatic power with an integrated vacuum collection system to streamline high-volume riveting work on site or in the workshop. Featuring a trigger-operated design with hardened steel jaw assembly, this air riveter delivers consistent pulling force at 90psi operating pressure with 4cfm air consumption. The air-actuated vacuum system automatically collects spent rivet shafts during operation, eliminating the need to stop and clear debris between fasteners. This makes it particularly suitable for production environments, vehicle body repair, metal fabrication and structural steel assembly where efficiency matters. The tool is supplied complete with three riveting nozzles covering 3/16" (4.8mm), 7/32" (5.6mm) and 1/4" (6.4mm) applications, along with two spanners and an oil can for maintenance. A resilient grip provides comfort during extended use, whilst the integrated hanging loop allows use with workshop balancers to reduce operator fatigue.
