Sealey SA120 Industrial Air Chipping Hammer
The Sealey SA120 is an industrial air chipping hammer designed for heavy-duty material removal and surface preparation tasks. Built with a robust alloy construction, this pneumatic tool delivers 3000 blows per minute at 90psi operating pressure, making it suitable for removing rust, scale, concrete and other hard materials in automotive, fabrication and construction applications. The large open grip design allows comfortable operation even when wearing heavy gauntlets or protective gloves, essential for demanding workshop environments. The thumb-actuated trigger control provides precise operation, whilst the chisel retaining spring ensures secure tool holding during use. At 1.7kg, the tool offers a manageable weight for extended use whilst maintaining the durability required for industrial applications. This air hammer operates on a standard 1/4" BSP air inlet with 4cfm air consumption, making it compatible with most workshop compressor systems. The 12.7 x 47mm chisel shank accepts standard replacement chisels available separately - order model SA120/F for flat chisel applications or SA120/P for pointed chisel work. Replacement spring retainers are available as model SA120/21.
