Sealey Mini Lever Chain Hoist 250Kg
The Sealey Mini Lever Chain Hoist is a compact horizontal pulling device designed for use in confined working spaces where a full-size chain hoist cannot be deployed. Ideal for vehicle body shops, machinery installation, and tight workshop applications, this 250kg capacity lever hoist combines portability with professional performance. Weighing just 2kg with compact 85 x 92mm dimensions, this mini lever hoist features a drop-forged and heat treated pinion gear housed within a totally enclosed mechanism for protection against debris and wear. The 360° rotating hooks are fitted with safety latches to prevent accidental load release, whilst the free-chaining feature allows tradespeople to take up slack in the 1m load chain by hand before engaging the ratchet arm for precise load positioning. The 150mm lever requires just 235N of pull force to lift the full 250kg capacity, providing excellent mechanical advantage for horizontal pulling tasks. With a minimal 240mm headroom requirement and 60mm operating clearance, this lever chain hoist is particularly suited to automotive repair work, equipment positioning, and confined space applications where standard hoisting equipment cannot be accommodated.
