The 135° split point is self-centring, which helps reduce thrust, friction and heat generation whilst ensuring easier penetration into the workpiece. Efficient swarf clearance design prevents clogging during continuous drilling. Suitable for both hand and pillar drills, these bits are particularly effective on high carbon steels and copper.
