Sealey GSA26 Straight Air Cut Off Tool 75mm
The Sealey GSA26 is a straight air cut-off tool designed for precision cutting applications in workshops and automotive environments. Part of Sealey's Generation series, this compact pneumatic tool features an innovative straight design where the 75mm cutting disc sits in-line with the handle, offering superior directional control compared to conventional angle-configured cut-off tools. The contoured handle provides effective insulation against cold air and vibration, reducing operator fatigue during extended use. A 360° rotatable metal disc guard and rear air exhaust can be positioned to suit the cutting angle whilst protecting the operator from sparks and debris. The 4-position air valve delivers precise control over air flow, whilst the safety release trigger prevents accidental activation. Operating at 90psi with a free speed of 20000rpm and relatively low air consumption of 4cfm, this lightweight tool weighs just 0.5kg, making it ideal for cutting sheet metal, exhaust pipes, body panels, and general fabrication work. The tool accepts 75mm diameter cutting discs via a standard 1/4"BSP air inlet. With noise levels of 97/86dB(A) and vibration measurement of 2.2m/s², appropriate hearing protection should be worn during operation.
