The Sealey Flip Up Auto Darkening Solar Powered Welding Helmet is a fully digital welding helmet designed for professional welders who need versatility across multiple welding processes. This advanced helmet combines true colour technology with an auto darkening lens and separate clear grinding shield, delivering enhanced visibility for both welding and grinding applications. The flip-up design allows you to quickly switch between tasks without removing the helmet. Simply flip up the lens for non-welding work and flip back down when you're ready to weld or cut. The helmet self-locks in the upright position, keeping it secure and out of the way during grinding or preparation work. The high-quality variable shade 9-13 lens is manufactured and tested to ISO 16321 standards, providing reliable eye protection that automatically switches from light to dark on striking an arc. The digital control panel gives you precise control over mode selection, delay, sensitivity and shade settings, whilst the memory-save function allows you to preset and save up to nine personalised configurations for different welding tasks. This versatile helmet is suitable for MIG, TIG, arc/MMA and gas welding applications, as well as cutting and grinding work. The lithium cell battery is easily replaceable and benefits from solar back-up to extend battery life, ensuring reliable performance throughout your working day.
