The Sealey BG150BS is a versatile 150mm bench grinder with an integrated belt sander, designed for workshop sharpening, grinding and finishing tasks. This compact combination unit features a 250W induction motor running at 230V, providing reliable performance for general workshop use across a variety of applications. Built with essential safety features, the unit includes a stone guard, eye shield and spark arrestor for operator protection. A built-in water tray allows cooling of hot materials during grinding operations, whilst the integrated wheel dresser enables cleaning, sharpening and truing of the grinding wheel surfaces to maintain optimal performance. The pivoting worklight provides improved visibility when working in poorly illuminated workshop areas. The belt sander component is positioned at a 45° angle and features a quick release tracking system for easy belt adjustment and replacement. With a 50 x 686mm belt running at 895m/min and a 150mm grinding stone operating at 2850rpm, this bench grinder offers both grinding and sanding capabilities in a single 10kg unit. The adjustable work table tilts up to 45° for precise angle work on tools and components.
