The Sealey AK48 is a professional heavy-duty grease gun designed for workshop and field maintenance applications requiring versatile greasing solutions. This multifunctional tool features three distinct operating modes to suit different working environments and pressure requirements. The pistol grip mode provides excellent manoeuvrability in confined spaces with lower pressure needs, whilst the lever grip delivers high-pressure or high-volume greasing depending on your selected mode. Simply press the lever to switch between pistol and lever operation, with a button control allowing you to adjust between high-pressure and high-volume modes when using the lever grip. Built with robust construction including 1.2mm thick barrel walls and a die-cast aluminium head, this grease gun offers exceptional durability for demanding professional use. The dual discharge port configuration features both front and top outlets, enabling convenient access to awkward or inaccessible grease fittings without repositioning your equipment. The AK48 accommodates four different filling methods – 400g grease cartridge, bulk fill up to 500cc capacity, filler pump, or suction loading – providing maximum flexibility for your preferred greasing workflow. It's compatible with NLGI grades 1, 2, and 3 greases to cover a wide range of lubrication applications. The unit includes a comprehensive accessory set comprising a 3-jaw hydraulic coupler for secure fitment connections, a 150mm angled steel extension for reaching difficult areas, and a 450mm flexible hose for enhanced versatility.
