The Sealey AK4560D is an air operated oil dispensing pump station designed for professional workshop use with bulk oil storage barrels and tanks. This double acting 3:1 ratio pump delivers efficient fluid transfer for engine, hydraulic, synthetic, gear and transmission oils up to SAE150 viscosity. The pump station features a robust air management system connected to a 940mm rigid suction probe with integrated non-return valve, ensuring reliable operation when dispensing from 2"BSP fitted containers. With a maximum flow rate of 12 litres per minute and output pressure of 350psi, this air fluid pump provides rapid oil dispensing whilst operating at a recommended air pressure of just 70psi. The unit includes a hose designed for attachment to the AK4565D digital oil meter for precise volume control, or can be connected to the optional AK4567D retractable hose reel for enhanced workshop organisation. The 1/2"BSP outlet size ensures compatibility with standard workshop dispensing equipment, making this pump station ideal for busy garages, vehicle servicing centres and agricultural maintenance facilities.
