This pack of 10 premium 115mm diameter, 40 grit zirconium oxide flap discs provides excellent value for professionals and workshops undertaking frequent heavy-duty grinding and stock removal operations. The coarse 40g grit makes these discs perfect for aggressive material removal, heavy weld preparation and rapid surface profiling, whilst the 10-pack format ensures you always have fresh discs available. Each disc is compatible with 115mm angle grinders fitted with a 22.23mm bore and delivers enhanced cutting performance through premium resin-bonded zirconium oxide construction. The self-sharpening feature maintains aggressive cutting action throughout each disc's working life, whilst the strong X-weight polyester-cotton backing provides the flexibility needed for fast cutting under medium to high pressure. The T-29 conical shape with 15–25 degree angled flaps ensures effective contact on both contoured surfaces and flat edges.
