This pack of 10 unpunched 1/2 sanding sheets features 120 grit abrasiveness, delivering medium-fine sanding performance perfect for intermediate finishing work and surface smoothing. The 120g grit rating is ideal for preparing surfaces for final finishing or paint application, removing minor imperfections whilst creating a smooth surface texture. Measuring 115 x 280mm and pre-cut to fit 1/2 sanders with clamping function (115 x 230mm), these sheets are manufactured from premium quality aluminium oxide that is resin bonded to provide improved grain adhesion and anti-static qualities. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper ensures consistent performance throughout the sanding process. Perfect for intermediate sanding stages between coarse preparation and fine finishing on wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. These sheets provide an excellent surface for paint or varnish adhesion and are compatible with most 1/2 sanders including Stock No. 57941.
