Draper TC200 Semi Automatic Tyre Changer
The Draper TC200 is a semi-automatic tyre changer designed for professional workshops and garages handling modern tyre fitment requirements. Capable of removing and replacing tyres on wheels up to 26", this machine is equipped with an assist arm (third arm) specifically engineered to handle the demands of low profile and run flat tyres. The fully motorised turntable works in conjunction with pneumatically operated clamping jaws and a powerful 2100kg bead breaker to streamline tyre changing operations. The tilt column mechanism further enhances efficiency when working with challenging low profile and run flat applications, whilst the self-centring four-jaw chuck with dual clamping cylinders ensures wheels are securely and accurately positioned throughout the process. Wheel protection is integrated throughout the design, with plastic protectors on the mounting head to safeguard alloy rims and a large anti-skid rubber pad on the bead breaker to prevent damage to both tyres and rims during operation. The machine operates from a standard 13A three-pin plug and requires a compressed air supply at 90-115psi (6-8 BAR). The comprehensive accessory package includes a tyre lever, filter regulator lubricator, alloy rim protectors, head tongue protectors, and an inflation gun with air hose.
