The Draper SS108SF Storm Force is a compact 10.8V cordless reciprocating saw designed for cutting wood, metal and plastic in confined spaces where manoeuvrability matters. Part of the Storm Force® 10.8V Power Interchange series, this lightweight reciprocating saw weighs just 1.1kg, making it ideal for overhead work and tight access applications. The tool features a quick-release blade system for rapid blade changes between materials, complemented by variable speed control up to 3,000 strokes per minute with electronic brake for enhanced precision. An integrated LED worklight illuminates the cutting area in poorly lit conditions, whilst the battery charge indicator helps you monitor power levels during use. The safety lock prevents accidental operation, adding protection on site. With a 14.5mm stroke length, the saw handles cutting capacities of 65mm in wood, 8mm in steel and 50mm in plastic pipe. The tool is supplied with both wood and metal cutting blades to get you started. The 10.8V Li-ion battery and charger are sold separately, but work across the entire Storm Force® 10.8V range and are also fully compatible with Draper's 12V interchangeable battery system, offering flexibility for contractors already invested in these platforms.
