The Draper Hi Torq 8 Piece Stubby Flexible Ratchet Combination Spanner Set delivers versatile fastening solutions for restricted access applications. These metric stubby combination spanners feature an innovative 180° flexible head design combined with a fine-tooth ratchet mechanism, making them ideal for automotive work, plant maintenance, and any situation where space is at a premium. Manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, each spanner is forged, hardened and tempered before receiving a mirror chrome plated finish for long-term corrosion resistance. The open end is offset at 15° to provide knuckle clearance, whilst the flex head ring end incorporates a 90-tooth ratchet mechanism that requires just 4° of movement between strokes. This makes the set particularly suitable for working around engine bays, pipework assemblies, and machinery installations where conventional spanners cannot operate effectively. The 12-point HI-TORQ® ring end design transfers torque to the flats of the fastener rather than the corners, maximising leverage whilst reducing the risk of rounding off bolt heads and nuts. The stubby length format enhances manoeuvrability in confined areas without compromising strength. This eight-piece set covers the most commonly used metric sizes and is supplied in a protective Tetron wallet for organised storage and transportation.
