The Draper Expert TJ500EVO Evolution Vertical Transmission Jack is a professional-grade lifting tool designed for the safe removal and installation of transmissions and gearboxes. With a 500kg capacity, this vertical transmission jack provides the stability and control required for demanding workshop tasks. Built around a telescopic twin-stage ram, the jack features a low entry height of just 902mm for accessing vehicles with reduced ground clearance. The foot pedal operation allows for hands-free lifting, keeping both hands available to guide and position components safely. The maximum working height extends to 1,891mm across two stages, providing excellent vertical reach for a wide range of vehicles. The fully adjustable saddle accepts various component shapes and sizes, enhanced by ratchet saddle claws that speed up load clamping. Forward, backward and side-to-side tilting action gives precise control when manoeuvring transmissions into position. Two non-marking ratchet straps provide additional load security during operation. Manoeuvrability is enhanced by four extra-large 100mm nylon castors that protect workshop floors whilst delivering smooth, quiet movement. A side-mounted T-handle provides positive control when positioning the jack under vehicles. An integrated overload safety valve offers protection against accidental overloading, and the unit is fully tested and certified for reliable workshop use.
