The Draper Expert Polycarbonate Automatic Grease Feeder is designed for reliable, continuous lubrication of stationary machinery. Featuring a 1/8" BSPT thread connection, this automatic grease feeder delivers a consistent discharge at 1-2 PSI, ensuring optimal lubrication without manual intervention. The transparent polycarbonate body allows for easy monitoring of grease levels and simple refilling using a standard grease gun, eliminating downtime and reducing maintenance complexity. Suitable for use with NLGI 0 to NLGI 4 specification grease, the unit operates effectively across a wide temperature range of -23°C to 121°C (-10°F to +250°F). This grease feeder offers versatile mounting options and can be installed in any orientation - horizontal, vertical, or inverted - whilst maintaining constant lubrication performance. Supplied with three colour-coded springs (blue for light, silver for medium, and red for heavy duty), the feed rate can be adjusted to suit different grease viscosities and operating temperatures.
