The main press body works with a clamp and pressure screw handle system, whilst the sliding 'T' bar provides leverage for applying consistent pressure during chain splitting and riveting operations. For heavy duty 520 drive chains, it's important to note that the rivet head must be ground off first to successfully press the rivet. The inclusion of upper and lower guides for the 2.2mm press pin ensures precise alignment during delicate work on smaller cam chains.
