The Draper Air Bottle Jack is a heavy-duty hydraulic lifting solution designed for demanding workshop and vehicle maintenance applications, offering both pneumatic and manual operation modes. With an impressive 20-tonne capacity, this air bottle jack provides exceptional versatility for lifting heavy vehicles, plant machinery and agricultural equipment. The lifting range spans from 245mm minimum height to 474mm maximum height, whilst the extendable screw adds a further 80mm of adjustment for precise positioning. This makes it suitable for a wide variety of lifting scenarios in commercial garages, MOT stations and agricultural workshops. The dual operation system sets this bottle jack apart from standard hydraulic models. Connect an air compressor to the 1/4" BSP coupling for effortless pneumatic lifting, controlled via the integrated air valve and operating at 0.7-1mpa pressure. When compressed air isn't available, the jack functions as a conventional hydraulic bottle jack using the two-piece 650mm handle for secure manual pump operation. This flexibility ensures you can work efficiently in any environment. Built for professional use, the welded base and reservoir construction enhances structural strength whilst minimising the risk of hydraulic leaks. A built-in safety valve prevents dangerous overloading, and the integrated carry handle facilitates easy transportation around the workshop despite the jack's substantial 16kg weight.
