The Draper 98525 is a versatile belt and disc sander designed for woodworking applications in workshops and fabrication environments. Powered by a robust 500W motor, this combination sander offers both a 100mm belt and 200mm diameter disc for comprehensive material finishing. The sanding belt can be positioned at any angle from 0-90°, allowing for horizontal or vertical operation to suit different workpiece configurations. This adjustability makes the sander ideal for edge finishing, surfacing flat panels, and shaping curved profiles in timber and similar materials. The 200mm disc section features its own dedicated worktable with an integrated mitre gauge, and the table pivots from 0-45° to enable precise angle sanding for bevels and mitres. The hook and loop disc-changing mechanism ensures quick abrasive changes with minimal downtime. A comprehensive dust extraction system includes an exhaust outlet, collection bag and clamp, with the option to connect to a workshop vacuum for enhanced dust control.
