The Bahco Superior™ Multi Construction Hole Saw in 70mm diameter is perfectly sized for double socket back boxes, standard downlighters and medium cable access installations. This professional holesaw features carbide-tipped technology that cuts through brick, ceramic tiles, laminate, fibreglass and hardwood with consistent precision. The 70mm cutting diameter is particularly popular for standard electrical installations, providing the ideal aperture size for double socket boxes and recessed lighting fixtures. Carbide round rod tips are fusion welded to the back material and precision ground to a 5° positive cutting angle, ensuring clean, accurate cuts across multiple materials. A low friction coating reduces heat generation during extended drilling operations, whilst wide gullets facilitate effective chip removal to maintain cutting speed.
