The Bahco 5 Piece VDE Insulated Screwdriver Set is a professional-grade toolkit designed for electrical work on live equipment up to 1,000 Volts. Each screwdriver features high-quality blade insulation moulded directly onto the blade, with individually inspected construction manufactured to IEC 60900 standards and tested in a water bath at 10,000V. Built using Bahco's scientific ERGO™ process, these screwdrivers deliver maximum user comfort through a three-component handle design. The soft material with ridged surface provides superior grip and enhanced force transmission, whilst the flat face prevents rolling on work surfaces. High-performance alloy steel blades are chrome plated and entirely hardened for excellent corrosion protection and extended tool life, with black oxide tips ensuring higher accuracy during precision work. The colour-coded handles and permanent symbols on the domed end make tip identification quick and straightforward, ideal for electricians and contractors working across multiple installations. This comprehensive set covers common slotted and Pozidriv applications, suitable for consumer unit work, socket installation, and general electrical maintenance tasks.
