The Bahco 2430S ERGO™ Insulated Long Nose Pliers in 200mm length deliver extended reach for deep access electrical work. This longer variant excels in applications requiring greater penetration into control cabinets, deep junction boxes, or behind equipment where standard-length pliers cannot reach. The 200mm size provides the leverage and access needed for challenging installations whilst maintaining full electrical safety certification. Constructed from high-performance alloy steel with a phosphate finish and anti-corrosion treatment, these pliers feature half-round serrated jaws designed to grip both flat and round materials securely. The hardened cutting edges are suitable for cutting soft and hard wire with precision. Two-component ERGO™ insulated handles combine a thermoplastic surface with a tough polypropylene base, delivering superior grip and comfort during extended use. Suitable for working on live equipment up to 1,000V in compliance with IEC 60900, each tool is rigorously tested at 10,000V for 10 seconds at the end of the manufacturing process. Developed according to the scientific ERGO™ process and conforming to ISO 5745 and IEC 60900 standards.
