The Abus Granit Plus Closed Shackle Padlock delivers maximum security protection for high-value assets and sites facing serious theft risk. This premium padlock combines hardened alloy steel construction with advanced anti-manipulation features, making it ideal for securing warehouses, factory gates, containers, lorries and valuable goods. Engineered to resist the most determined attack methods, the padlock features a cylinder inserted from the top for superior drill and pull resistance rated at 8 tonnes. The closed shackle design incorporates an integral shackle guard that protects against cutting and leverage attacks with tools. Both the body and 14mm diameter shackle benefit from a cataphoretic coating and rust-free components, providing an exceptional 40 years of corrosion protection even in harsh environments. The GRANIT Plus construction undergoes rigorous testing including a -40°C freeze and impact test, ensuring reliable performance in extreme conditions. The padlock achieves ABUS Security Level 10 and meets specialist insurance company requirements for high-risk applications.
